What type of vehicles will I be driven in?
Our service is built around driving you in the comfort of your own car. However your driver can pick you up in a rental car. Just add the driver to the rental insurance policy and they will be happy to retrieve it before picking you up.
How do I become a client?
Simply fill out the on-line form or call us at 516 939 3209 / 516 451 1776 and speak with a I DRYVE YOU representative who will request the following information: contact name, home address and phone, work address and phone, cell phone, email, car/garage information and credit card number. (Credit card information not requested in on-line form.)
What are the rates of your services?
Rates start at $25.95 per hour *Varies by location.
How do I make a reservation?
Just call 516 939 3209 / 516 451 1776 and speak with a I DRYVE YOU representative or e-mail your request using our on-line form.
Are you licensed and insured?
In addition to a $1 million commercial insurance umbrella policy held by I Dryve You all of our drivers must provide proof of insurance at all times. We actively monitor our drivers’ personal insurance statuses and remind them of renewal.
How much advance notice is necessary to book a driver?
We suggest a minimum of 24 hours to plan for each driver’s daily schedule. You may call anytime between 9am and 10pm to set up a ride.
How does the driver get my car?
At your request, the driver can pick up your car at your home or at a pre-determined location. Could be your office a Parking facility or where ever you desire.
How do I contact my driver?
Following a confirmed reservation, a I DRYVE YOU representative will provide you with the name and cell phone number of your driver.
How do I pay for service?
Upon your initial service with I DRYVE YOU, we will set up your account, which includes your credit card information. For each subsequent appointment, I DRYVE YOU simply charges the credit card on file for services rendered. We will then generate an invoice and mail it as well as a receipt to you. I DRYVE YOU accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Who will be driving my car?
Our service was built from the ground up to ensure only the most professional drivers will be driving your car.
What can I use my driver for?
Your driver can be used to free up your valuable time and save you money on expensive long-term parking fees and other expenses. Our service is a less expensive and more flexible alternative to limousines, car services and taxis.
How much time in advance do I need to reserve a driver?
We suggest 24 hours advance notice to guarantee a chauffeur. However, if you do not have 24 hours feel free to call us at 646-653-0669 and we will be happy to assist you.
How much does I Dryve you cost?
I Dryve You Rates start at $25.95 per hour *Varies by location., plus 20% gratuity for the driver. Clients with a repetitive needs may be eligible for discounted rates, please call to inquire.
Is there a charge to setup an I DRYVE YOU account?
No, all I DRYVE YOU accounts can be created free of charge either online or over the phone. Creating an account will save you time when booking chauffeurs for any and all future trips.
How are the Drivers attired?
Standard driver is dressed business casual. Client may request may request a black suit and tie.
Can the same chauffeur be used every time I book a trip?
We can provide the same driver as often as possible provided you make the request during the reservation process. Please book in advance to ensure driver availability.
Can you help me hire a part- or full-time driver?
Yes. Hiring a part-time or full-time driver through I Dryve You offers you greater cost savings and flexibility by leaving the hiring details to us. I DRYVE YOU performs standard background checks and will be responsible for government regulations and reporting saving you even more time in the long run.
What if my car runs low on gas?
In the event of your car running low on gas, your driver will at the nearest gas station and adds the necessary amount of premium fuel. You will be billed for the price of the fuel and the driver will provide you with the receipt.
What if my flight is early, delayed or canceled?
Your driver tracks your flight status and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. However, if your flight is canceled it is your responsibility to inform us of your new flight number.
How do I cancel a reservation?
To cancel you can call our offices or do it online via your account portal. There will be a cancellation fee for reservations cancelled within 12 hours of the pick up time.
What does the Driver do with my car after I am dropped off?
The driver will standby with your car and will be available as needed, or return the vehicle to your original pick up location (ex. your home, office, etc.) or another location of your choosing.
Can you make multiple stops?
Yes, during the reservation process you will find a prompt to add additional stops during your trip.
How can I DRYVE YOU save my company money?
